Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or steps taken prior to entering into a contract).
C. Accounting and tax obligations
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation incumbent on the controller).
D. Booking a consultation (Calendly)

6. Data recipients
Personal data may be shared with the following categories of recipients:
- OVH SAS (France) — hosting and email, data processed in the EU
- Calendly LLC (USA) — consultation booking, transfer based on SCCs
The controller does not sell personal data nor share it for marketing purposes with third parties.
7. Retention period
- Contact form data: up to 2 years from the last contact
- Data related to service delivery: for the duration of cooperation + 5 years (tax obligations)
- Server logs: up to 12 months
- Calendly data: in accordance with Calendly's retention policy
