A. Responding to inquiries (contact form, email)

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest — B2B communication) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent given when submitting the form).

B. Service delivery and B2B cooperation

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or steps taken prior to entering into a contract).

C. Accounting and tax obligations

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation incumbent on the controller).

D. Booking a consultation (Calendly)

6. Data recipients

Personal data may be shared with the following categories of recipients:

  • OVH SAS (France) — hosting and email, data processed in the EU
  • Calendly LLC (USA) — consultation booking, transfer based on SCCs

The controller does not sell personal data nor share it for marketing purposes with third parties.

7. Retention period

  • Contact form data: up to 2 years from the last contact
  • Data related to service delivery: for the duration of cooperation + 5 years (tax obligations)
  • Server logs: up to 12 months
  • Calendly data: in accordance with Calendly's retention policy
